2012 NATIONAL JAPAN YWAM CONFERENCE

UPDATE: I have just returned from a wonderful conference featuring all of YWAM Japan. The base that I work at, YWAM Tokyo, hosted the event and it was so much fun. We stayed at a beautiful facility right by Mount Fuji and got to serve the rest of the YWAM missionaries who are faithfully working all around Japan. There were a total of around 70 people at the conference and it was extremely encouraging to be united together with a common heart and purpose.

The conference was a time of seeking God’s heart for Japan, crying out for revival, and working to build stronger unity among the many people serving throughout the country. God really breathed more life, refreshment, and vision into the hearts of each and every one of us that were there.

I personally was very much ministered to by the Holy Spirit this week. He encouraged me in many ways, confirmed my call to Japan, and brought me deeper into fellowship with people on the team. One of the most powerful moments for me personally, was when the national director of Japan publicly thanked all of the foreign missionaries that have come into Japan. I was so blessed that tears began to feel my eyes as he welcomed me into his country as a missionary and thanked the Lord for sending missionaries to Japan.

PRAYER REQUESTS: Please be praying that God continues what He has started this week. (This is an easy prayer in context of God’s promise from: Philippians 1:6) God gave fresh vision, please be praying that He continues to lead and guide us into His promises. God poured out refreshment on the missionaries who have been serving for many years in Japan, please be praying that they are overwhelmed with joy. God brought greater unity to YWAM Japan as a whole, please be praying that we grow together more and more in love. And as I always ask: please pray that I walk in Bold Faith, Radical Joy, and Continual Thanksgiving.¬†
